“Since launching in October 2023, our Medium-Term Income Funds have distributed a combined $6,388,770 in profit to investors—many of whom are now compounding these gains through our new reinvestment program,” said Mr. Guyor. Ironton Capital’s MTI Funds deliver a fixed rate of return between 11–13% (based on investor AUM), paid out quarterly.

The fund’s underlying investment portfolio was recently independently audited by Holthouse, Carlin, Van Trigt LLP (HCVT), reflecting a 74% net margin and near-zero leverage—a structure designed to protect LP capital.

The mitigated risk combined with the higher fixed return paid out quarterly has driven strong interest. Response to date has exceeded expectations, and just over half of the MTI2 Fund remains available for new and additional investments.
